Expression of Taf6^GD10817 under the control of Scer\GAL4^ppl.PP results in significant increase in the size of large lipid droplets in the fat body of third instar larvae.

Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4¹⁴⁰⁷ results in loss of neuroblasts in the larval brain without any change in size of the remaining neuroblasts.

Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4¹⁴⁰⁷ results in shorter neuroblast lineages (less daughter cells per neuroblast) in the larval brain compared to controls.

Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4¹⁴⁰⁷ results in mild defects in the shape of neuroblasts in the larval brain.
