Reference

Expression of hk^GD12598 under the control of Scer\GAL4^da.G32 results in a glial overmigration phenotype in the eye disc.

Expression of hk^GD12598 under the control of Scer\GAL4^repo.PU or Scer\GAL4^ey.3.5.Exel has no effect on glial cell migration in the eye disc.

Adults expressing hook^GD12598 under the control of Scer\GAL4^elav.PLu (in the presence of Dcr-2^Scer\UAS.cDa to increase the efficiency of RNAi) do not show a significant defect in avoidance of noxious temperature (46[o]C) compared to control flies.
