Expression of Mtr4^GD11229 under the control of Scer\GAL4^yolk and subsequent infection of adults with RVFV results in a significant increase in RVFV replication, but no difference in survival, as compared with control.

Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4¹⁴⁰⁷ may result in loss of neuroblasts in the larval brain without any change in size of the remaining neuroblasts (depending on the insertion line used).

Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4¹⁴⁰⁷ may result in a decrease in the average size of the neuroblasts in larval brain compared to controls (depending on the insertion line used).

Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4¹⁴⁰⁷ results in shorter neuroblast lineages (less daughter cells per neuroblast) in the larval brain compared to controls.
