Eggs from females expressing PlexB^GD14473 under the control of Scer\GAL4^NP1624 (together with Dicer-2, for efficient RNAi) elongate normally.

:Expression of PlexB^GD14473 under the control of the Scer\GAL4^21-7 driver results in increased dendrite crossing (contacting and non-contacting) in the class IV dendrite arborizing neurons.

Expression of PlexB^GD14473 under the control of Scer\GAL4^VGlut-OK371 results in defective walking pattern (short steps and leg dragging) compared to controls.
