Description

Recombination between the single FRT sites that are present on each of Dscam1ED69 and Dscam15'HR-wildtype has resulted a single genomic copy of Dscam1. This copy of Dscam1 is wild type (containing all the variable exons) except for a single FRT site that is present in the intron following exon 16.
