      Expression of ykiS168A.αTub84B in clones in the eye primordium results in massive overgrowth of the eye imaginal discs. Significant lethality is seen, and rare adult escapers have enlarged, folded eyes and excess head cuticle.

      Clones expressing ykiS168A.αTub84B result in dramatic overgrowth of structures such as the notum, haltere, leg and wing.
