    Comment:

    The reported position of the mutation with respect to the yki protein differs by 23aa from the site in the annotated protein due to the use of a downstream AUG in the FlyBase annotation, which was based on Drosophila species conservation data. The site of the nucleotide substitution in the mutant was inferred by FlyBase based on the reported amino acid change.
