      Animals expressing rprScer\UAS.cHa under the control of Scer\GAL4477w- mostly arrest at the third larval instar stage, a few develop to pupation, but none of them mature to adults.

      Animals expressing rprScer\UAS.cHa under the control of Scer\GAL4221w- mostly die as larvae or pupae, with a few adult escapers showing a strong wing inflation phenotype.
