Description

Ends-out targeting event at the crb locus, using the pRK1-based P{FRT(crb::mEosFP.KI)} construct as the donor template, which has not resulted in the expected targeting event, but has resulted in a tandem insertion of the donor sequence into the crb locus. One copy of rprUAS.cHa is present between the tandem dimer of inserted crb donor sequence.
