      The tracheal defects of convR278/convY58 mutant embryos are fairly efficiently rescued by expression of convScer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP-YFP under the control of Scer\GAL4btl.PS, although viability defects are not rescued.

      The tracheal defects of homozygous convR278 mutant embryos are not rescued by expression of convScer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP-YFP under the control of Scer\GAL4ppl.PP.
