Description

Genomic fragment containing c(2)M. Ten copies of the Tag:MYC tag have been inserted just upstream of the c(2)M stop codon. An FRT cassette containing a transcriptional terminator region from Hsp70 has been inserted in the 5' untranslated region, 15bp upstream of the c(2)M start codon.
