Description

Genomic fragment containing c(2)M. Ten copies of the Tag:MYC tag have been inserted just upstream of the c(2)M stop codon. An FRT cassette containing a transcriptional terminator region from Hsp70 has been inserted in the 5' untranslated region, 15bp upstream of the c(2)M start codon (this cassette fails to effectively inhibit expression of c(2)M from the transgene).
