Expression of shiKK101444 under the control of Scer\GAL4nSyb.PS results in internalisation of FM1-43 in large membraneous structures in the boutons upon stimulation of the nerve.

Expression of shiKK101444 under the control of Scer\GAL4Vm26Aa.F results in moderate dorsal appendage defects in 27% of cases, with the appendages being broad.

Expression of shiKK101444 under the control of Scer\GAL4CY2 results in moderate dorsal appendage defects in 37% of cases, with the appendages being short and rough.
