Expression of Keap1KK102175 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 leads to significant changes in electrophysiology of third instar larval neuromuscular junctions (NMJs): potently increased spontaneous EJC (mEJC) amplitudes (without any changes in mEJC frequencies or evoked EJC (eEJC) amplitudes), decreased quantal content (QC), reduced number of releasable quanta and increased paired-pulse ratios compared to controls. It also leads to an enhanced performance in negative geotaxis-mediated activities in adults while it does not lead to any changes in third instar larval crawling distances compared to controls.

Expression of Keap1KK102175 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 does not lead to any changes in survival of adults under continual heat stress-challenged conditions when compared to controls.

Expression of Keap1KK102175 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 does not lead to any changes in EJC amplitudes (spontaneous or evoked), QC or number of releasable quanta of third instar larval NMJs 24 hours after a 1 hour of heat shock challenge compared to controls.

Expression of Keap1KK102175 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 leads to a significant increase in sleep bout length during both day and night time while it leads to a significant decrease in sleep bout number during day but not night time when compared to control adults.
