      The expression of Sec71KK107637 under the combined control of Scer\GAL4ppk.PU and Dicer-2 transgene (for efficient RNAi), leads to dorsal multidendritic ddaC neurons exhibiting a significantly simplified dendritic tree at the white pupa stage and a fully penetrant defect in dendrite pruning at 16h-18h after puparium formation, as compared to controls.
