      Expression of Rack1KK109073 under the control of Scer\GAL4Scer\FRT.Rnor\CD2.Act5C reduces the number of autolysosomes formed in larval fat body cells during starvation. Glycogen stores are also cell autonomously decreased.

      Third instar larvae expressing Rack1KK109073 under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PU do not show any significant lamina plexus abnormalities in the brain compared to controls and the rhabdomere length in the adult eye is also not affected.
