Reference

Expression of Sce^KK109179 under the control of Scer\GAL4^C587 (together with tub-Gal80[ts] to limit the time of expression to adulthood) causes accumulation of germline stem cell-like cells (the cell number rises with the time of expression).

(Li et al., 2016)

Expression of Sce^KK109179 results in: slightly rough eye phenotype (with the Scer\GAL4^GMR.PF driver), unfurled (with Scer\GAL4^nub.PK) or held-out wings (with Scer\GAL4^en.PU). Expression controlled by Scer\GAL4^Act5C.PI is lethal and when driven by Scer\GAL4^ey.PH it has no overt adult phenotype.
