Description

An XbaI-XhoI Poxm genomic fragment extending from the upstream XbaI site to the 5' leader is fused upstream of a 2.5kb XhoI-PstI fragment from the Poxm cDNA P29c2, which extends from the leader to the 3' trailer beyond the first poly(A) addition site.

      Poxmum1-2 partially rescues PoxmR361

      Comments

      Poxmum1-2 efficiently rescues the mutant phenotypes of muscles VO4-VO6, VL2-VL4, VO2, VO1, LO1, LT4 and VT1 that are seen in PoxmR361 homozygous embryos. The mutant phenotypes of the DT1, DO3 and VA1-VA3 muscles seen in PoxmR361 homozygous embryos are only slightly rescued by Poxmum1-2.
