    Detailed Description
    Statement
    Reference

Female l(1)G0007BG02128 mutants show an increased lifespan compared to controls. No change in lifespan is seen in males.

Starvation response is similar to controls in males at 1 week but is reduced in females. Both males and females have a reduced response to starvation at 6 weeks.

Chill coma recovery time is similar to controls in males. Females have an increased recovery time at one week but not at 6 weeks.

No change in climbing ability is seen in females at either 1 week or 6 weeks. Males have improved climbing ability compared to controls at 6 weeks but not at 1 week.

l(1)G0007BG02128 homozygous males have significantly decreased levels of aggression. (P < 0.0001; Male aggression index = 5.55).
