Detailed Description

Reference

sd1/sdΔB flies have rudimentary wings.

Early-induced homozygous clones do not survive to the late third instar in the wing pouch region, but do survive in the notal region of wing discs as well as in eye discs. Late-induced homozygous clones are recovered in the late third instar in the wing pouch region.
