The eye overgrowth phenotype caused by expression of yki^Scer\UAS.cZa under the control of Scer\GAL4^GMR.PF is suppressed by co-expression of yki^{dsRNA.C.Scer\UAS}.

Expression of yki^{dsRNA.C.Scer\UAS} under the control of Scer\GAL4^ey.PH (in the presence of Dcr-2^Scer\UAS.cDa to increase RNAi efficiency) results in a small eye phenotype.
