      Expression of two copies of deflScer\UAS.cRa under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 or Scer\GAL4sd-SG29.1 at 29[o]C results in a reduced and crumpled wing.

      Expression of two copies of deflScer\UAS.cRa under the control of Scer\GAL4esg-p127 or Scer\GAL4arm.PS at 29[o]C results in duplication of macrochaetae on the notum.

      Expression of two copies of deflScer\UAS.cRa under the control of Scer\GAL4T106 at 29[o]C results in two laterally positioned "scar"-like fissures on either size of the notum.
