Comments

Expression of variScer\UAS.cMa under the control of Scer\GAL4da.G32 rescues the tracheal defects of vari48EP embryos.

The lethality of vari48EP embryos is partially rescued by expression of variScer\UAS.cMa under the control of Scer\GAL4da.G32, with the viability of the rescued animals ranging from late pupation (80%) to viable adults (20%). The viable adults are unstable and unable to walk, and have a life span averaging 3 days.
