NT1⁴¹/NT1⁵⁵ mutant embryos exhibit a significant increase in the incidence of misrouting phenotypes in ISNb/d and SN fascicles compared to wild-type, including effects in more than one projection per hemisegment (e.g. misrouting plus loss).
