      Expression of atlR192Q.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 does not affect the number of boutons/muscle area at the larval neuromuscular junction of muscles 6/7.

      Expression of atlR192Q.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4C57 results in a 13% increase in the number of boutons/muscle area at the larval neuromuscular junction of muscles 6/7.

      Expression of atlR192Q.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4C57 results in a mild, but highly reproducible increase in microtubule staining in the body wall muscles.

      Flies expressing atlR192Q.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4ple.PF show a reduced ability to climb after vortexing compared to controls. In addition, the number of dopaminergic neurons is reduced in these flies at 15 days after eclosion.
