Description

An 8.2kb fragment covering the fwe gene locus, modified such that Tag:FLAG is inserted downstream of the -RA transcript, a Tag:HA epitope is tagged onto the C-terminal of -RB and a Tag:MYC epitope is inserted downstream of the -RC isoform.
