Genomic fragment containing brun coding sequence, 5' UTR and 700bp of 5' DNA (including 500 bp of the upstream gene, CG2614, but no other known genes) from P1 clone DS02109, fused to an additional 100 bp of the 3' UTR of brun. The brun open reading frame is tagged at the C-terminal end with EGFP .
