Expression of LamScer\UAS.cMAa in 50 day-old flies under the control of Scer\GAL4Cg.PA results in a reduction in intestinal hyperplasia compared to controls.

Expression of LamScer\UAS.cMAa under the control of Scer\GAL4da.G32 at 25[o]C or 29[o]C results in lethality. Expression of the specific insertion P{UAS-Lam.MA}354 under the control of Scer\GAL4arm.PS is lethal at 29[o]C and viable at 25[o]C.
