The level of phagocytosis is lower in prtpΔ1 embryos than the control.

The distribution and population size of hemocytes is normal in mutant embryos. However, the level of phagocytosis occurring in hemocytes of mutant embryos is almost half that of control hemocytes.

repo-positive glial cells show a reduced level of phagocytosis in mutant embryos compared to wild-type embryos.

The level of phagocytosis in CaBP1Δ1, prtpΔ1 double mutant embryos is comparable to that in either single mutant.

The level of phagocytosis occurring in the hemocytes of prtpΔ1 drprΔ5 or prtpΔ1 ced-6J26 double homozygous embryos is not significantly different from the reduction seen in each single homozygote.

prtpΔ1/+ ; drprΔ5/+ and prtpΔ1/+ ; ced-6J26/+ double heterozygotes show a reduced level of phagocytosis in embryonic hemocytes (none of the single heterozygotes shows a reduction in phagocytosis compared to wild type).
