Expression of Aac11^{dsRNA.Scer\UAS} driven by either of Scer\GAL4^en-e16E, Scer\GAL4^ap-md544 or Scer\GAL4^Act88F.PD results in a gnarled and blistered wing phenotype. These phenotypes are dramatically enhanced by the presence of a single Aac11^k06710 allele.
