      Over-expression of Rca1ΔF-box.Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1.T:Zzzz\FLAG in wing disc clones under the control of Scer\GAL4Act5C.PI does not alter the rate of G1 to S-phase transition.

      Expression of Rca1ΔF-box.Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1.T:Zzzz\FLAG under the control of Scer\GAL4prd.RG1 in a Rca12 mutant background restores embryonic cell numbers to wild-type levels in Scer\GAL4prd.RG1-expressing segments.

      Expression of Rca1ΔF-box.Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1.T:Zzzz\FLAG under the control of Scer\GAL4tub in Rca12 mutant wing disc clones partially suppresses the proliferation disadvantage observed in Rca12 mutant tissue. Clones are increased in size compared to Rca12 mutant clones, but are only a third of the size of wild-type clones. Rarely, endoreplication is observed in mutant clones.
