      Comments

      GluRIIAT:Avic\GFP-EGFP in the background of Df(2L)SP22/Df(2L)cl-h4 gives rise to viable adults in a mendalian ratio. Evoked and spontaneous neuromuscular junction currents in Df(2L)SP22/Df(2L)cl-h4 third instar mutants rescued with GluRIIA+tRa are indistinguishable from mutants rescued with GluRIIAT:Avic\GFP-EGFP.
