Intersexual differentiation is seen in animals expressing two copies of dsxdsRNA.Scer\UAS.WIZ under the control of Scer\GAL4dsx-GAL4 at 29[o]C; the bristles on the first tarsal segment of the forelegs of both XX and XY mutant individuals are intermediate in both number and morphology, although there is still sexual dimorphism between the XX and XY individuals in terms of bristle number.
