Expressing raptorJF01088 under the control of Scer\GAL4en.PU leads to more cells undergoing S-phase and mitosis in the posterior compartment of the wing disc (where Scer\GAL4en.PU is driving expression), as compared to controls.

Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4eya.enh1+E+2 results in a misshapen eye phenotype.

Expression of raptorJF01088 in cardiac muscle under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR88D05 has no effect on pupal eclosion rates.

Expression of raptorJF01088 in skeletal muscle under the control of Scer\GAL4how-24B results in lethality.

Expression of raptorJF01088 under the control of Scer\GAL4c179 causes partial lethality. The number of pupae formed does not differ from controls. Many of the surviving flies have a reduced climbing rate compared with controls.

Expression of raptorJF01088 under the control of Scer\GAL4Mef2.PR is lethal. The number of pupae formed does not differ from controls.
