Down-regulation of myo in Pdf-positive neurons, through expression of myoJF01717 under the control of Scer\GAL4P2.4.Pdf induces strong locomotor arrhythmicity. Expression of myoJF01717 under the control of Scer\GAL4tim.PE and suppressed in Pdf-positive cells through the presence of Scer\GAL80Pdf.PS results in some rescue of the arrhythmic phenotype.
