Description

The vas promoter drives expression of a mutant form of SmB in which all seven Arg residues in SmB (residues 112, 130, 145, 174, 181, 189 and 196) which are present in RG dipeptide repeats and can potentially be methylated have been substituted (either by Leu or Gly). The protein is tagged with GFP.
