Description

53bp deletion of nucleotides 1184-1236 (coordinates relative to GenBank accession NM_079759). This introduces a stop codon which truncates the protein at residue 352 (coordinates relative to Genbank accession DP25162) and removes a large portion of the cytoplasmic domain and the M4 domain.
