Description

A 4.5kb genomic fragment from the dl 5' flanking region drives expression of a truncated form of dl which contains the RHD but lacks the CTD and which is tagged at the C-terminal end with the Tag:nt1 epitope. The Hsp70 polyadenylation signal is also present.
