Some embryos expressing slprAAA.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Ivir\HA1 under the control of Scer\GAL4pnr-MD237 show defects in dorsal closure with detachment of the dorsal ectoderm anteriorly.

Expression of slprAAA.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Ivir\HA1 under the control of Scer\GAL4pnr-MD237 results in adults with a cleft thorax phenotype and widened scutellum.

Flies expressing slprAAA.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Ivir\HA1 under the control of Scer\GAL4arm.PS and raised at 25[o]C show either normal survival (males) or only slightly altered survival (females) on exposure to 37[o]C heat shock compared to wild-type controls.

Embryos expressing slprAAA.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Ivir\HA1 under the control of Scer\GAL4pnr-MD237 show defects in dorsal closure.
