Comment:

A 4978 bp deletion removing most of the coding exons of sdt was created by homologous recombination. A 50bp version of the attP site and a loxP site are present in place of the deleted sequence. The deletion was reported to map to X:8 ,129,169–8,134,146 in release 5 coordinates.
