Comment:

A 4850 bp deletion removing most of the coding exons of shg was created by homologous recombination. A 50bp version of the attP site and a loxP site are present in place of the deleted sequence. The deletion was reported to map to 2R:16 ,942,814–16,937,965 in release 5 coordinates.
