      ScerGAL4GMR63A03 drives expression mainly in antennal mechanosensory and motor center B1 projection neuron, but also drives expression in giant fiber neurons - dimly in 4 posterior lineages of 6 cells each, leg nerves - paired single neurons with broad arborization in 1-3 thoracic neuromeres and approximately 10 other neurons.

      Inhibition (using shi1.UAS at 30[o]C) of Scer\GAL4GMR63A03 neurons in adult females significantly reduces receptivity to mating, compared to controls; in males, courtship pulse song-induced locomotion is significantly reduced, compared to controls.
