Description

UASp regulatory sequences drive expression of the C-terminal region of rhea, including the actin-binding I/LWEQ domain, fused at the N-terminal to mGFP6. The C-terminal fragment encodes from 478 base pairs before the start of the ILWE/Q domain to 102 base pairs downstream of the rhea termination codon.
