Expression of Mi-2HMS00301 is pupal lethal with Scer\GAL4ey.PH (escapers display strong eye phenotype, same result observed at 18[o]C) as well as Scer\GAL4en.PU (same at 18[o]C) and results in small unfurled wings with many stuck in pupal cases (with Scer\GAL4nub.PK). Scer\GAL4Act5C.PI-driven expression is viable; no overt adult phenotype is observed with Scer\GAL4GMR.PF.
