      Df(3L)79a embryos expressing rheaKVK-DDD.Ubi-p63E display muscle-detachment defects. Germ-band retraction defects are observed, and embryos show a characteristic "tail-up" appearance. Dorsal closure defects are observed in approximately 1/3 of embryos.
