      The abnormal dark pigmentation in the central thorax of adult flies expressing TxlNIG.5495R under the control of Scer\GAL4pnr-MD237 is strongly suppressed by co-expression of DdcKK100293 (two dark narrow stripes remain at the edges of the expression domain, whereas the rest of it is slightly depigmented and of lighter color than the lateral, wild-type, parts of the thorax).
