Expression of tap^KK101782 driven by Scer\GAL4^tap-Gal4 results in a significant increase in the frequency of mild and severe beta lobe axon midline crossing and fusion defects and loss of dorsal projection of alpha/beta neurons in the mushroom bodies, compared to wild type.
