Expression of srp^KK112327 under the control of Scer\GAL4^Bx-MS1096 has no effect on female wing size or patterning.

Larvae expressing srp^KK112327 under the control of Scer\GAL4^Cg.PA are much smaller than normal. The fat body cells and their nuclei are also reduced in size compared to wild type, and autophagosomes/autolysosomes are seen under fed conditions.
