Overexpression of gsb491.dsRNA.Scer\UAS in the developing wing under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 results in a severe perturbation of wing morphology.

Overexpression of gsb491.dsRNA.Scer\UAS in post-mitotic neurons under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 does not generate a statistically significant difference in mEPSP amplitude and quantal content.

Overexpression of gsb491.dsRNA.Scer\UAS in post-mitotic neurons under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 does not alter bouton size or 'satellite' bouton formation in mutant neuromuscular junctions.

Expression of gsb491.dsRNA.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 in a GluRIIASP16 heterozygous background significantly suppresses the homeostatic increase in presynaptic release normally observed in GluRIIASP16 mutants.

Expression of gsb491.dsRNA.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4C57 does not change the synaptic homeostasis found in GluRIIASP16 heterozygotes.
