      Expression of ykiW1W2.Scer\UAS in the developing wing under the control of Scer\GAL4C5 results in a 7% increase in wing size compared to wild-type controls.

      Expression of ykiW1W2.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4Scer\FRT.Act5C greatly reduces the activity of yki as the average clone size and wing disc size are similar to those of wild-type controls.

      Expression of ykiW1W2.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4Scer\FRT.Act5C mildly increases the adult eye size and disrupts retinal patterning.
